Capucana Cachaca

Capucana Cachaca is fermented using three varieties of sugar cane and aged for three years in ex American oak bourbon barrels once used to age peaty malt whisky from Islay. It has a complex, but well balanced aroma with notes of muscovado sugar, aloe vera, stone fruit and black pepper. On the palate flavours of strong white pepper, spice, aloe vera and stone fruit shine through.
