Spey Valley Brewery is located in the heart of Speyside, Scotland’s Whisky country and was set up on 2007 by distiller and brewer David MacDonald and farmer Innes MacPherson. In 2011 the first commercial cask arrived in the market, and since then the brewery has continued to grow with the expansion of the business earlier this year. Production moved to a new bigger unit, still on the farm, making Spey Valley the largest Brewery in Speyside.
This stout is full bodied with a smooth and rich aroma, and hints of chocolate and liquorice.
